A man who died in a crash on the A47 suffered a medical episode.
Emergency services were called at 1.20pm on Monday after a white Nissan Qashqai veered off the A47 at Wendling and crashed into a hedgerow.
Police, fire and ambulance crews attended the scene and the road between Scarning and Wendling was closed.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said the driver, a man in his 70s, suffered a medical episode and died at the scene.
