Officers are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Shipdham last night.

A property in Birds Corner was broken into at some point after 9pm and a Stiga lawn mower and full can of petrol were stolen.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or may have seen or heard anything unusual in the area between the times stated.

Anyone with information should contact PC Jade Fuller at Dereham Police Station on 101.

Alternatively, contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their anonymous online form at crimestoppers-uk.org.
