A Norfolk-based home care company has celebrated their 10 year anniversary with 100% satisfaction ratings from staff and customers alike.

Home Instead Senior West Norfolk received stellar survey results, with 100% of caregivers recommending the provider as a great place to work, and 100% of their clients saying they would recommend the services.

All of the staff also said they were proud to work for the company.

Tom McEwan, operations manager at Home Instead West Norfolk, said: “We’re delighted to receive such a resounding thumbs up.

“We carefully match our clients and caregivers through shared interests and our visit times are a minimum of an hour, allowing time to build meaningful relationships.”

The company has offices in King’s Lynn, Dereham and Holt.

Mr McEwan added: “If our caregivers aren’t happy then it’s unlikely that our clients will be. We are proud of how much time we invest in making sure we get this right from the start.”
