A 35-year-old man is to stand trial after denying sexual grooming offences.

Adam Greenacre has been charged with four offences, including three counts of attempting to groom a girl under 16 and another of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a girl under 16.

It followed an incident in the Swaffham area on Sunday (January 7) when a man was arrested at around 5pm and taken to Kings Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

Greenacre, of Fieldfare Way, Swaffham, appeared at Norwich Magistrates Court this morning.

Appearing via videolink from Kings Lynn Police Investigation Centre (PIC), Greenacre indicated not guilty pleas to all charges.

The case was formally sent to Norwich Crown Court on February 6.

He was remanded in custody until the next hearing.
