Football: Central and South Norfolk League round-up

In the only match in Division One of the Central and South Norfolk League sponsored by Barnes Print Attleborough Town A beat Shipdham 4-1 to move above them into fourth place.

Norwich Medics are now four points clear at the top of Division Two after beating Mundford Exiles 4-1 while Bridgham Utd are up to third after their 3-1 home win over Hockering.

Hingham Athletic Reserves are up to third in Division Three West after beating Colkirk 9-3 while Cockers remain second after a 1-0 win at Narborough Reserves.

In the third round of the Ben Smith Memorial Cup second division Castle Acre Swifts Reserves won 6-2 at first division Mulbarton Wanderers A. In the other match, Home Care Utd beat Necton Reserves 5-0.

In the Mervyn Lambert Plant Hire Pease League Cup third round Briston Res beat Gressenhall 4-2, Redgrave Rangers knocked out Wensum Albion 1-0 and Tugas Utd thrashed Yaxham Res 11-0.
