• Cryptic Escape, Norwich

Do you have a knack for puzzle solving? Why not test your skills and play Cryptic Escape, the first real-life escape game in Norwich. You and your team (of two to five people) will be locked in a room of your choosing for one hour, tasked with figuring out how to escape.

• High Altitude, Norwich

High Altitude is a trampoline park with wall to wall trampolines connected together to form a large bounce area where you can literally bounce off the walls. Visit for a freestyle jump session on your own or attend the different fitness classes, dodge ball competitions and parent and toddler sessions.

• Archived Alive, Norwich

Norwich Guildhall is currently home to several exciting History Mystery games, including Archived Alive and Noose Surrender (opening May 2016). Archived Alive revolves around the ‘City Historian’ who is trapped in a secure archive vault and is relying upon you and your team (up to six people) to solve puzzles and clues in order to unlock the vault and save his life.

• Zorb Soccer, Norwich

Bubble football is one of the latest sports crazes sweeping the country and involves wearing a giant zorb bubble on the top half of your body, with your legs free so that you can run, jump and score.

• Baseline Extreme Sports, Horsford

The Baseline Extreme Centre offers visitors a range of sports and activities to try, with the average guest attempting a minimum of six activities in one session. These may include using quad bikes, climbing wall, segways, zorbing, circus skills and multi sports cages.

• Combat Paintball, Thetford

Combat Paintball offers visitors more than just a paintball battle. Its facilities also include laser tag combat, 3D archery, laser clays as well as spooky zombie themed paintball events.

• ExTREEme High Ropes Course, Weasenham

ExTREEme Adventure is a high ropes and tall tree course available at two different heights, 20ft and 40 ft and set among some of the oldest American Ceder trees in England. The course includes highlights such as a zip wire and the 3G Swing bullet, a swinging ride that is winched up to 45ft and allows participants to really experience the g-force effect.
