When it is time to celebrate your birthday, a treat is well-deserved.
To make the most of your special day, several shops, cafés and restaurants offer freebies to mark the occasion.
Here are nine places to get a birthday pick-me-up in Norfolk.
1. Greggs
The bakery chain offers birthday boys and girls a free sweet treat, such as a doughnut.
To get the reward, you have to sign up for the Greggs Rewards app.
The voucher is valid for one month from the date of your birthday.
2. Zizzi
People who receive the pizza chain's newsletter can enjoy a free meal for their birthday when they buy at least one other main.
To secure the offer, you have to sign up two weeks in advance and then on the day of your birthday, you will be emailed a voucher to show in the restaurant, valid for 28 days.
However, you must show the code before ordering.
Zizzi's Norfolk restaurant can be found in Tombland in Norwich.
3. Lidl
A sweet treat is on offer at Lidl on your birthday if you sign up for its Lidl Plus app.
A free doughnut can be taken advantage of on your birthday and the app also offers a number of weekly coupons.
You will have seven days after your birthday to use the coupon.
4. Frankie & Benny's
Birthday boys and girls can get a free main meal at Frankie & Benny's, provided they have registered with the chain's rewards scheme.
To get the offer, at least one other main meal must be purchased.
A voucher will be emailed 10 days before your birthday so be sure to sign up in advance.
The chain has restaurants in Norwich's Riverside and Great Yarmouth.
5. All Bar One
Sign up for the All Bar One newsletter via its app and you'll get a voucher for a birthday treat.
The freebie entitles you to a 'blossom birdcage' sharing cocktail with the purchase of two meals.

Four bottles of Peroni and draught soft drinks are offered as an alternative.
All Bar One can be found in Queen Street, Norwich.
6. Costa
By joining Costa's loyalty club, customers can enjoy a free cake slice on their birthday.
The voucher will be emailed to you and you have seven days to claim it.
7. TGI Fridays
The restaurant chain offers people celebrating a birthday a voucher for up to six free cocktails or mocktails. You'll get one freebie for each main course you buy.
To get the offer, you must sign up for its rewards app at least a week in advance.
8. Muffin Break
If you visit a Muffin Break store, you can pick up a reward card and register it online to get a free muffin on your birthday.
Muffin Break can be found in Castle Quarter in Norwich.
9. Brewer's Fayre
By signing up for the restaurant chain's Bonus Club loyalty card, customers can get a free main meal on their birthday when they buy another main.
You will be emailed a voucher to show in the pub if signed up, which can be redeemed at four locations in Norfolk, including King's Lynn, near Norwich and Great Yarmouth.
