The café at a heritage railway station has a new menu and manager, with a big focus on local produce.

The Dereham Station Buffet and Tearoom recently reopened at the Mid-Norfolk Railway and it has coincided with an upgrade of the kitchen facilities.

The new head of catering is Kate Wakefield, who was previously the catering manager for the Roman Catholic Cathedral in Norwich.
