An office building in a town centre is set to be auctioned online.
A suite of offices in Dereham town centre that hosts a leading regional law firm is appearing in Bond Wolfe’s live-streamed auction on September 14.
The property at 16-18 High Street, currently let on a ten-year lease to Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors, will have a guide price of £500,000 plus in the auction.
Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, said: “These extensive, ground floor premises have a glazed frontage facing the High Street and are currently occupied as offices, although they are suitable for a variety of alternative uses including retail and leisure, subject to planning permission.
