Land which could be used to build seven homes has been listed for sale.
An advert in this week’s Dereham and Fakenham Times by commercial estates agent, Avison Young, shows land at the rear of 35 Market Place, behind Boots and Cowper Memorial Evangelical Congregational Church, is up for sale.
The 0.2 acre site is highlighted as a potential development spot for seven, three-bedroom homes, where sketches can be provided, or alternative schemes, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent.
The agent confirmed that the land does not come with planning permission.
The land can be found to the rear of the church and boots, with it accessed via Thompson's Way.
