Drivers will face a 65-mile diversion due to more closures on the A47.
The major road will be shut in both directions between Dereham and Easton from 8pm on April 24 to 6am on April 27.
During this period, Church Lane South in Easton will be closed from its junction with the A47 to the Dereham Road junction.
All side road access to the A47 within the closure will also be blocked.
The closures are part of a major project by National Highways to turn the five-mile stretch from North Tuddenham to Easton into a dual carriageway.
Disruption is expected in several phases until 2027, when the work is set for completion.
The official diversion route is approximately 65 miles long with westbound traffic being directed eastwards on the A47, joining the A11 and leaving at Thetford to join the A134 heading northwest.
At Mundford, drivers will take the A1065 north towards Swaffham and then re-join the A47 at Swaffham heading east, with eastbound traffic doing the route backwards.
Those living on the A47 will be escorted through the closure, and access will be maintained for emergency services.
After the closure, traffic will start to use the new local access road between Sandy Lane at Hockering and the Honingham roundabout, going through the new Wood Lane Junction.
Lyng Road in North Tuddenham will also be closing from 6am on April 27 until 6am on June 1, between the junction with Hall Lane and Stone Road.
The closure is necessary to complete the construction of the new Lyng Road junction.
A diversion access route has been mapped out, which takes drivers through Peaseland Green and North Tuddenham.
Access to properties along Lyng Road will be maintained.
