Yaxham Waters Holiday Park, set in 15 acres of countryside near Dereham, has put forward proposals for four new lodges.
These would be stationed in an area called Lakeside, with each one including two parking spaces, a storage shed, and decking.
It was said that the homes represent "a response to further demands for holiday accommodation on the site", although some have expressed concerns.
One person said in objection: "The erection of more lodges removes an area of open space, destroying the 'ambience of the site'.
"Additional lodges would add to additional traffic entering and leaving the site, already a difficult location.
"The flooding and drainage issues affecting Station Road from the issue where the site abuts the MNR has yet to be addressed."
Norfolk County Council's Highways team also highlighted the lack of off-carriageway pedestrian and cycling links between the site and Dereham, as well as the "limited benefit" of the footway connecting the development to the village.
However, they added that an objection "cannot be substantiated" and that the additional lodges would be "a modest increase."
A design and access statement from the park said that there was "an influx of additional tourists to the area".
It added: "This has helped the local economy and made a significant contribution to placing the Breckland area as a favourite holiday destination.
"To accommodate this additional demand, the company has examined those areas of the site that it considers can accommodate additional lodges while retaining the overall ambience of the site".
The statement also argued that the proposals would not have an adverse impact on the character of Yaxham, nearby residents, the landscape of the site, or the highway network.
A decision on the plans is due to be made by Breckland Council at a later date.
