A busy road was closed after a crash this afternoon.
Police have asked motorists to avoid Norwich Road in Mattishall due to the incident.
The junction of Norwich Road and New Lane was been shut as a result.
A spokeswoman for the police advised drivers to seek alternative routes.
One motorist heading into the city said: "It's absolute chaos, we have had to take a very long diversion on the bus.
"Loads of cars have had to turn around."
Traffic maps now indicate that the road has since reopened.
