As temperatures skyrocket this week, we have taken a look at which parts of Norfolk will be the hottest.
An red heat-health warning is in place for all of Norfolk, but some places will be hotter than others during the heatwave.
Temperatures will stay high all week, with Wednesday forecast to be the hottest day,
Thetford will see highs of 34C on Wednesday, with BBC Weather suggesting the temperature will "feel like" 41C due to the humidity.
Downham Market is expected to peak at 33C on Wednesday, but it will feel more like 40C.
In King's Lynn, temperatures will reach 30C on the day but feel like 37C.
On the coast, to the north, Cromer will hit highs of 24C, which will feel like 28C, while Great Yarmouth will also be 24C, but feel like 29C.
Norwich will reach temperatures of 31C, which will feel like 39C, while in south Norfolk, Wymondham will peak at 33C which will feel like 40C.
In Costessey, where the Royal Norfolk Show will be taking place on Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures will hit 31C, but the humidity will make it feel like 38C.
The hot conditions, which have been very rare in the UK until now, will be accompanied by high humidity, and very warm and humid nights which will make it hard for people to recover overnight, the Met Office added.
They will have widespread impacts on health and bring “significant disruption” to daily life, it warned, as it urged people to adapt their routines where possible to cope.
Dr Will Lang, chief meteorologist at the Met Office, said: “We are forecasting extreme temperatures in the next few days, particularly on Wednesday and Thursday, when it looks like we’ll be seeing maximum temperatures into the high 30s.
“But also we are stressing very high overnight temperatures which will be very uncomfortable for vulnerable groups, and very humid conditions as well.”
