The England fans watching the England and Argentina World Cup semi-final at Dereham's Railway Tavern were a reflection of tens of millions across the country - with joy then heartbreak.
Around 500 supporters watched the game at the Mid Norfolk pub, including packing out a specially built grandstand.
The pub erupted with euphoria after Anthony Gordon's goal in the 55 minute.

But England's hopes of bringing football home seeped away as Tuchel introduced a more defensive strategy and the reigning world champions scored twice late on to leave the Tavern supporters - and the nation - heartbroken.

Paul Sandford, who runs The Railway Tavern, said: "Not the result we all wanted, or if I’m honest, expected!
"Absolutely gutted… but what an incredible journey it has been.
"As the dust settles, I just want to say a heartfelt thank you to the wonderful community of Dereham. Over the last month, you’ve turned The Tavern into something truly special. The atmosphere, the passion, the laughter, the singing and the memories are something none of us will ever forget.
"From the bottom of our hearts, thank you all. You absolutely smashed it."
