The proposals by Mrs M Fletcher for Street Farm in Foxley near Dereham would see two new homes built on the site as well as the conversion of a barn into a property.
Previous plans for five properties on the farm were refused due to concerns over the development's location in the countryside and the homes resulting in "poor living conditions".

The new proposal has now sparked backlash over what some describe as "no substantive change in circumstances".
One local said: "Various issues were cited, including access, a lack of amenities and possible impact on the church to name a few.
"I feel this is a speculative venture that will not enhance the village, but would cause disruption and danger, given the road layout and proximity of the proposed dwellings".
Norfolk County Council, acting as the local highways authority, cited "inadequate visibility splays" that would cause "danger and inconvenience" to users of the adjoining public highway.
The council added: "The applicant has failed to demonstrate that access visibility in accordance with current standards is achievable over land within their control or that which forms part of the public highway.
"As such, it does not appear that safe and suitable access for all users can be provided for any plot".

Each home will include three bedrooms, a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, entrance hall, and utility room among other features.
There would also be two off-road parking spaces for each property as well as private access and gardens.
A design and access statement said: "The proposal represents a robust, heritage-led and sustainable solution that will positively contribute to the character of Foxley, conserve its historic environment, and provide high-quality homes tailored to local needs".
The statement added that the plans will deliver homes that are "spacious, accessible, and adaptable".
