The A47 was closed in both directions after a crash.
The incident happened on the A47 at Hockering shortly before 12pm today.
Police and ambulance crews were at the scene.
A spokeswoman for Norfolk Constabulary said the incident involved one vehicle that left the road.
The extent of any injuries is currently unknown but the East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
National Highways have confirmed the road is back open.
