A heritage railway running through Norfolk is set to take part in a town's remembrance parade.
The Mid-Norfolk Railway (MNR) will lay a wreath at the Dereham parade to honour its historical contribution.
The route played a vital role during both world wars, transporting troops, equipment and military vehicles.
It also helped to transport tanks and army vehicles when Swanton Morley Barracks was operational.
Lyn Milns, volunteer for the railway, said "volunteers from all departments" will take part.

She added: "I couldn't understand why MNR wasn't taking part, considering the history of the railway through the wars and after.
"So I asked the question to our general manager Samantha Taylor and she gave me permission to pursue the possibility of us taking part.
"I spoke to Hugh King, a town councillor, who was very helpful giving information to enquire to the right people.
"I am so happy that we are taking part in the parade and wreath laying this year and hopefully will continue".
The Dereham Remembrance Day parade will take place on November 8.
