An internationally acclaimed singer will take to the stage in a series of daytime performances across Norfolk.

Kate Dimbleby is taking part in a scheme created by Breckland Council, called Silver Social, and will perform an acapella show named after her successful album, Songbird.

She will be performing from March 19 until March 23 at community venues in Ashill, Harling, Shipdham, Mattishall and Necton.

The live show features songs from the album and comes just weeks after she hosted a series of singing workshops for Breckland's older residents, which was also as part of the Breckland project.

The activities are funded by the Arts Council's National Lottery Strategic Touring Fund, Breckland Council, Norfolk County Council and Public Health England.

Tickets are £5 and can be booked by calling 01362 656870 or email community@breckland.gov.uk.
