Breckland council offices have been closed for a second day due to the ongoing challenges on the roads.
The offices in Dereham and Thetford closed early on February 28 and are due to remain closed until staff and members of the public are able to travel safely.
Despite the closure of the buildings, council teams are continuing to deliver services by working remotely, wherever possible.
During the office closure, the customer contact centre's out-of-hours service will be in operation to address any emergencies raised by members of the public.
Updates on the situation will be issued via social media and the Breckland council website. In the meantime, residents can find service information, submit applications, make online payments and report day-to-day issues via the website. Information on contacting the out-of-hours service is available on 01362 656870.
