Reach Out, Outreach has been awarded a £500 grant to run art sessions at a Portuguese café in Dereham as part of a £60,000 package of aid given out by Breckland councillors for a range of community projects last week. The biggest donation was £24,000 for the thriving Wayland Radio, the station which was given a full-time licence to broadcast on 107.3FM last autumn. Some shows are broadcast in Portuguese and Polish.

Breckland's cabinet agreed to give a grant of £24,000 from the area based grant settlement to help the station.
