DUST off those frying pans and get the running shoes out - it's almost time for the annual Dereham pancake race.
Teams are already entering for the fun event in Church Street on Tuesday, February 5, organised by the Phoenix Hotel.
The Dereham Times will be defending its title and the race will start at 10.30am. Teams of four people are needed and are asked to collect money for Cancer Research.
The winning team will recieve a charity shield and meal for four in the Phoenix's candlelit restaurant.
