Norfolk County Council's adult education department is holding the two-hour courses at Mid Norfolk Mencap, 33 Quebec Street to help people get the skills to find a job or progress into further learning.
Childcare can be funded if required for the Your Aim, Your Gain course which is being held on Tuesdays January 27, February 3, 10 and 24, March 3, 10 and 17.
