Key safe forced open during burglary

A key has been forcibly removed from a safe before being used to enter a house during a mid Norfolk burglary.

The incident happened between 4pm on Monday April 15 and 8.45am on Tuesday April 16 in Washbridge, Dereham.

An unknown number of suspects damaged the key safe and then used the key to enter the building although nothing is thought to have been stolen.

Detectives are now appealing for information following the market town burglary.

Police from Norfolk Constabulary would like to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area between the times stated.
