An annual event at Dereham’s Neatherd High School proved once again that its students definitely have talent.
Over 60 students took part in Neatherd’s Got Talent in the canteen which was filled to capacity with supportive family and friends.
The quality and variety of the acts certainly didn’t disappoint, with the audience being treated to a range of talents, including dance (contemporary and tap), magic, vocal groups and solo vocal/instrumental performances.
The judges for the evening were headteacher Peter Devonish, Colm Gilhooly, (maths teacher), Charlotte Welling (head girl) and Sam Lockhart (head boy).
They had the very tough choice of picking the winner for the judge’s award. This went to Robyn Spellacy, who performed the song ‘Skinny Love’ (vocals and ukulele).
There were also two audience votes which went to the two outstanding dance groups - Sparks and Ignite.
