A Dereham pub which has been shut is set to reopen with new land lords after a minor repairs and a refit. The Coachmakers Arms in Norwich Road closed at the end of September and owner Enterprise Inns took it back over by peaceable re-entry this month.

The Coachmakers Arms in Norwich Road closed at the end of September and owner Enterprise Inns took it back over by peaceable re-entry this month.
A spokesman for the firm said that new tenants had been found and that minor repairs and refurbishment of the pub would be carried out before it is reopened in a couple of week.
Peaceable re-entry - a process which enables a landlord to take a property back off tenants.
No information was available about the departure of the previous tenants.
