Firefighters were called out to reports of hazardous material.

The crews from Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service were called out at about 9.20am today, Saturday May 19, to an area in Dereham.

Appliances from Earlham, Carrow, and Sprowston attended.

Shortly after, crews confirmed that the report of a hazardous material incident was a false alarm.
