Mattishall primary pupils get moving for child safety charity

Pupils at a mid Norfolk primary school took part in a sponsored ‘aerobathon’ with a national child safety charity on Friday.
The National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC) visited Mattishall Primary School on November 17 to deliver workshops about speaking out and staying safe online.
During their visit the NSPCC Ambassadors shared information with children about how they can keep themselves safe from harm and how to get help if they have any worries.
Year five and six pupils also had workshops which included important messages about online safety.
In order to raise money for the charity, children were encouraged to come to school wearing their brightest, clashing colours and fluorescent face paint, to take part in the ‘aerobathon’.
Pupils and teachers were “proud that every penny raised makes a significant difference for children”, and happy to support the NSPCC.
