An NHS Action group will visit Dereham ahead of plans to sell off nearly six acres of land at the town's hospital.
The NHS Norfolk Action group is touring the county in a bid to oppose government plans to sell off NHS land in Norfolk.
Earlier this year an independent report, called the Naylor Review, was published. It recommended the NHS sell around £2bn of land to build 26,000 homes, and was backed by the prime minister ahead of the general election.
The demonstration will take place on Saturday, October 21. NHS Norfolk Action Group will be at Dereham Hospital at 11am and in the Market Place at 12pm.
Jan McLachlan, from the group, said: 'This sell off is happening because government policy is to de-fund the NHS.
'The only people who will profit from the Naylor sell off will be private companies who will purchase NHS assets.'
