An international certification has been given to a Dereham-based charity for the fifth consecutive year.
Community Action Norfolk (CAN) was awarded the ISO 9001 mark for its quality management systems, which have helped to ensure its clients' and stakeholders' needs are met.
The charity works with more than 500 voluntary and community groups a year, providing them with advice and support on funding, governance and management.
Chief executive Jonathan Clemo, said: 'We always aim to deliver high quality services to the voluntary groups and organisations we engage with – it's particularly important for community groups that they receive accurate advice and support because their resources are often very limited.
'ISO 9001 is an internally recognised benchmark for organisations that challenges them to focus on meeting customer needs, reflected in strategic and operational policies award – and the award recognises our focus and emphasis on client needs and quality.'
