Family and friends have just one week left to nominate a local hero to flick the switch at Dereham's Christmas lights spectacular.
The Times and Dereham Town Council want to give an unsung star the chance to shine at the event on November 28 which will kick off the festive season for a crowd of 4,000 people.
Do you know a carer who has dedicated their life to helping a vulnerable relative, a volunteer at a local community group who can always put a smile on your face, or a youth football coach who will be standing on the sidelines, come rain or shine, cheering on his or her team?
If so, get your nomination in by next Thursday, and they could be switching on the Christmas lights at Dereham's most popular annual celebration.

The winner announced on November 25, and each entry must include the person's name, age, address, contact number and a reason for the nomination.
