The Scooby Doo Mystery Machine, a double decker bus, mobility scooters, lorries and a wide array of cars were among the vehicles used by students of Dereham Neatherd High School to arrive at their leavers' prom.

Nearly 200 students and staff attended the event on Wednesday, with many more parents and friends turning up to watch the entrances.

After the photographers had finished snapping away, everyone moved into the sports hall, which had been decorated beyond recognition for the evening.

A marquee had been erected to disguise the hall, creating a special atmosphere for everyone there.

A hog roast and disco completed a memorable evening that was enjoyed by all who went.

Thanks went to Miss Martin, who organised the event with the help of Miss Chilvers and other members of staff and the prom committee, notably Amy Goldsmith, who put in a lot of hard work to make the evening a success.
