Police are appealing for witnesses after suspects broke into a property in Dereham by smashing a window and then stole an unknown amount of cash.

The burglary happened sometime between 8am on Thursday October 19 and 5.30pm on Tuesday October 24 at an address in Middlemarch Road.

After gaining entry through the smashed window, police said the suspects carried out an 'untidy search' and stole the cash.

Officers are keen to hear from anyone who may have witnessed the incident or noticed anything suspicious in the area between the times stated.
