Question time for town council candidates

On Thursday residents in Dereham will go to the polls to decide who they want as the new councilor in the Humbletoft seat on the town council.

We want to offer readers the chance to ask them questions before voting starts.

We want to offer readers the chance to ask them questions before voting starts.

Questions will be put to the candidates and published in Thursday's Dereham Times and here on the website. The results of the election will be posted here on the night it is announced.

t If you want to ask any of the following four candidates a question, email it to: elaine.maslin@archant.co.uk stating your name, address and the question. Addresses will be withheld if requested.

t The candidates:

David Bowyer (Green Party)

Mark Broughton (Independent)

Linda Goreham (Labour)

Kate Millbank (Conservative)

t The by-election is on Thursday, October 29, for the Humbletoft seat following the resignation of Diana Irving in September.

The closing date for nominations was on Friday, October 2.
