Hundreds of visitors enjoyed a sun-drenched day filled with bygone memorabilia and countryside entertainment in a village outside Dereham.
The Yaxham Vintage Day on Sunday featured stationary engines and classic cars on show around the field, while displays of falconry, heavy horses and a dance routines entertained the crown in the grand ring.
Peter Rutherford, who has organised the show for the last three years, said: 'It was a brilliant day. We must have had 400-500 people here. By 11am we had to open another field to let more cars in because we were so busy.
'I have done it for three years now and because of the weather it is the biggest show we have had.
'We don't charge people to come in, and we have such great support from the farmer who opens his field for us, and from the village hall committee and the social club.'
The first-placed entry in the car show was a 1953 Jowitt Jupiter, owned by Clive Warren, with second place going to Roy Reed's 1934 Austin 10 Lichfield, and third place going to Frances Graham's 1965 Austin Mini.
The best tractor was a grey Ferguson owned by Peter Lowins, and the best engine was a 1926 Bamford open crank, owned by Mr G Shingles.
