Police are currently on scene dealing with an incident at a Wetherspoons pub in Dereham.
Officers have been called to The Romany Rye on Church Street.
Unconfirmed reports say that a number of people have been involved in a fight outside the pub.
One witness, who did not want to be named, said: "There were two lads fighting and a load of people around them attempting to split them up. The older man had a glass in his hand and went to hit the younger lad.
"When he hit the lad the glass made quite a nasty gash on the back of his head. He was bleeding quite a lot."
