Two men robbed in Dereham

Two men were punched and had a mobile phone stolen during a robbery in Dereham.

The victims - aged 30 and 26 - were standing on the corner of Norwich Street and Chapel Walk when they were approached by two other men who demanded they hand over money and phones.

The victims - aged 30 and 26 - were standing on the corner of Norwich Street and Chapel Walk when they were approached by two other men who demanded they hand over money and phones.

One of the victims suffered face and neck injuries and the other was unhurt.

The robbery happened at about 8.50pm on Thursday.

The first suspect is described as white, aged about 20, 5ft 9in tall, of stocky build and wearing a light-coloured hooded top and tracksuit bottoms.

The second suspect was white, late teens to early 20s, wearing a dark hooded top and a scarf across his face.
