Crown fire Central & South Norfolk League
Sound & Vision Junior League Cup holders North Elmham were given a real fright by Shipdham and were held to 1-1 after extra-time.
However, they held their nerve to run out 8-7 winners on penalties. One other match went to penalties and this saw Hingham Athletic come out on top 5-4 after being held 2-2 after extra-time by Rockland United.
The other matches all went to league form. Mulbarton Wanderers won 2-1 at Bridgham United while Dereham Posties were 4-1 home winners over Toftwood Rangers. East Harling Reserves beat Thetford Athletic 3-2 while Division One leaders Saham Toney had the easiest win of the day with a 9-0 home triumph over Gressenhall.
There was just one match in Division One where Dereham Town A recorded their first league win of the season with a 3-2 success at Yaxham.
Cockers continue to lead the way in Division Two with a 100pc record after beating Yaxham Reserves 5-0.
