Dereham Runners are holding a Dereham Town 5K race to celebrate the club's 25th anniversary year. It has been in the planning stage for over a year.
Breckland and the town councils have given their full backing, and the street works department along with Trek Services will be closing the roads for the run, which is on Sunday, July 24 starting at 9.15am.
Entries are now being accepted by post and on line.
Entries with an A5 size stamped addressed envelope should go to Dereham 5k, 6 The Sycamores, Dereham, Norfolk NR19 1HG. Last date for postal entries is a July 16 postmark.
