Athletics: Atterwill first home for Dereham contingent

Ten Dereham Runners took to the streets of King’s Lynn for the annual Gear 10k event on Sunday 6th. In cool, calm perfect conditions for the 1600 runners, Sean Atterwill was first home in 28th place, 35:51, followed by Steven Rix 54th in a new PB 38:50, Elizabeth Daly continues to improve 172nd, 43:00 PB, Keith Moore 270th, 45:56, Aaron Jackson 358th 47:56 PB, Brian Titchiner 422nd 48:50, Michael Barrett 503rd, Gill Woodhouse 528th 51:02, Janice Moore 539th 51:17 and new club runner Carolyn Weston finishing in 736th 54:50PB.

The Breckland 10k held on Bank Holiday Monday was represented by Neville Knights & John Richardson, 79th 42:16 and 205th 54:27 respectfully.
