It is very unusual for anyone to score a 100 in a school 20-over match, but Lewis Denmark and Daniel Weber both achieved this feat in playing for the Northgate U14 team in a Norfolk schools 20/20 Cup match against Langley School.

Both boys retired when they had scored 100 but the opening partnership was worth 205.

Northgate finished their 20 overs with a score of 230-1.

Langley made a spirited reply but Northgate held all their catches to win by 90 runs.

It was the second century that Daniel Weber had scored in the week as on Tuesday he scored 134 for the Northgate U13 team in a game against Reepham.
