Sunday's 13th annual Reepham Summer 10k attracted a large number of entrants from Dereham Runners.
They found themselves rewarded with fine weather and an attractive course run along quiet country lanes and a leafy stretch of the Marriott's Way.
The first Dereham runner home was club chairman Todd Lake, who finished in a pacey 41 minutes flat, placing him 11th overall on a field of 366.
Hard on his heels was Stuart Rose, recently back from injury, who finished in 43.50, followed by Craig Farr in 44.43. Other times: James Nice (46.48), Malcolm Fisher (48.10), Emma Potter-Campbell (49.42), Louise Hudson (50.40), Rob Crockford (56.04), Gill Woodhouse (56.19), Rory Campbell (58.07), Paula Olley (1:02.00), Jan Totterdale (1:02.01), Philip Websdale (1:02.02), Mandie Thorpe (1:07.01), Hazel Cason (1:10.06).
