BRADENHAM Cricket Club held its end of season dinner and presentation night at Reymerston Golf Club on Friday, which was attended by more than 60 people.

BRADENHAM Cricket Club held its end of season dinner and presentation night at Reymerston Golf Club on Friday, which was attended by more than 60 people.

Chairman Ian Moody reflected on a most successful season for teams at all levels with the first team finishing third in Division One of the Norfolk Alliance and the seconds finishing runners-up in Division Four of the Norfolk League.

All the junior teams also finished in good positions in their respective leagues with the U15s losing in the final of their competition.

The chairman also reported on an ambitious new pavilion project in conjunction with the parish council.

The trophy winners were: Rob Thurley, 1st team player of the year; Mark Hunter, 2nd team player of the year; Marcus Evans, young player of the year; Brett Stolworthy, most improved player; Lewis Denmark, U15 player of the year and Sunday player of the year; Stewart McErleane, U13 player of the year; Josh Cole, U11 player of the year; Brett Gates, clubman of the year.
