Kath Malvern opened the scoring after four-and-a-half minutes with a deflected shot.
Holly Allen scored the first of her hat-trick following a short corner and Hannah Palmer made it 3-0 with a reverse-stick shot.
Dereham totally dominated play and Lowestoft rarely ventured into the Dereham 16-yard area, and when they did the defence of Donna Causton, Chloe Hobson and goalkeeper Beth Maule made sure Dereham kept a clean sheet.

On 24 minutes Helen Malcolmson, playing at centre right, picked up a loose kick from the Lowestoft keeper and forced the ball in the back of the net to score her first goal of the season.
Just before half-time Allen scored her second from open play.
In the second half Allen and Evie van Poortvliet worked the ball up the pitch with some crisp passing and van Poortvliet made it 6-0.
The seventh goal came from similar passing with short and crisp manoeuvres and van Poortvliet scored her second.
Lowestoft could not cope with Dereham and Louise Hewitt made it 8-0 with a reverse-stick shot.
The third of Holly Allen's hat-trick was the best when she volleyed the ball past the keeper.
Eve Settle was voted player of the match.
