A host of players, family and friends took up the task of preparing Dereham for the coming season with their NatWest CricketForce weekend.
The event brought together players and supporters who went about tasks that needed attention.
'What a great way to start the season,' said club captain Duncan Hewitt. 'We have worked so hard over the weekend, a few jobs did not get done but we're planning another weekend before the start of the season.'
Jobs included hedge trimming, tree pruning, painting and plenty more. Committee member Tracy Irons said: 'Everybody who attended had fun, catch up chats and of course hard work. A lot of effort goes into this event and makes it worthwhile.'
