Michael Jewiss in his first competitive race this year was the only Dereham Runner to enter the Coltishall Jaguars Mad March Hare 10k on Sunday.
In perfect conditions he posted a time of 48:15 finishing 79th out of 154.
Steven Rix opted for the Lincoln 10k, a popular race with over 4,000 entries. He set another PB, 39:41, finishing 175th. Geraldine Jordan and Anne Harper also ran well in 50:58 and 52:12 respectively.
John Richardson completed his 92nd half marathon at Brentwood, Essex in 2-09:08. His aim is to complete 100.
