PLATE WINNERS: Dereham Sixth Form students played magnificently to win the Norfolk Schools Rugby U18 Sevens Plate competition. They finished third in their group and so went into the Plate competition, beating Thorpe St Andrew in the semi-finals and then Thetford Grammar in the final 24-7. Rudyard Gant was top scorer for the team with 10 tries in all games, but it was a good team performance by all squad members.
