The majority of first division teams were involved in the second round of the Sound and Vision Junior League Cup. The holders North Elmham had the most convincing win of the day in demolishing Yaxham 10-3 while Saham Toney ran out 5-0 winners at Dereham Posties. Dereham Town A beat East Harling Reserves 4-2 and Mulbarton Wanderers won by the odd goal of three at home to Hingham Athletic.

Thetford Athletic are the new leaders of Division One following their 9-1 home win over Bridgham United. Shipdham beat Rockland United 3-0 at home and bottom club Toftwood Rangers recorded their first win of the season with a 2-1 win over Gressenhall after being 1-0 down at half time.

Attleborough Town A remain top of Division Two after their 5-3 win at Hingham Athletic Reserves and Dickleburgh are up to third as a result of their 6-1 win at Yaxham Reserves. Bunwell won their local derby with Tacolneston by the odd goal of three, Swaffham Town A beat Morley Village Reserves 4-3 and Saham Toney Reserves won a high scoring game with bottom team Necton Reserves 6-5.

Sporle are the new leaders of Division Three after beating former leaders Bawdeswell 3-1 and Bradenham Wanderers Reserves are up to third after winning 2-0 at home against West End. Foulsham Reserves have slipped to fourth after a heavy 8-1 home defeat at the hands of Thetford Rovers Reserves. Rockland United Reserves secured their first points of the season with a 4-0 home win over Shipdham Reserves to move off the foot of the table and their place has been taken by Wendling who lost 3-1 at Gressenhall Reserves.

Division Four leaders Hethersett Athletic made it seven wins out of seven with a 5-1 victory at Shropham United Reserves and second placed Northwold S and SC also won by the only goal of the game at Splitz United. Beetley remain fourth after a 2-0 win at Breckland Wanderers and Hindolveston stay fifth following a narrow 2-1 win at Thurton and Ashby. In the other match, Fakenham Town A beat Methwold Rovers 7-3.

In the Norfolk Primary Cup second round replays, two of the league's teams won their way through to the next round. Castle Acre Swifts won by the only goal at Terrington St Clements Reserves while Colkirk beat South Walsham Reserves 3-2.
