FOULSHAM first team sealed promotion to Division Two of the Anglian Combination and capped a great 2009-2010 season with a 3-0 win over Beccles Reserves.
The three points confirmed that Foulsham will finish at least runners-up with three games remaining.
The championship is still possible but Foulsham will have to win their three remaining games and Hempnall Reserves will have to drop points.
Foulsham scored their first goal when Craig Knowles laid off the ball to Danny Robb in the Foulsham penalty area. Robb then cleared the ball upfield and Ben Darby ran onto the ball and nodded it forward before volleying it past the keeper.
Darby's second came from a big drop-kick from Mark Bidewell in the Foulsham goal which Darby brought down with one touch before rounding the keeper and slotting home.
Foulsham sealed the victory when Robb this time headed to the feet of Craig Hagon who ran down the right wing and with his right foot sent the ball screaming into the top left corner of the goal for 3-0.
