Foulsham played Loddon United Reserves and thanks to a hat-trick from Craig Knowles, two penalties from Ben Darby and a goal from Simon Prior gained all three points in a 6-1 win.

A long-range well-placed shot in the first half from Knowles gave Foulsham the lead only to see Loddon equalise soon after with a header.

Darby then stepped up to take the first of two penalties to send Foulsham into a 2-1. He made it

3-1 by sending the keeper the wrong way from another spot-kick.

The second half was very one-sided as Foulsham pegged Loddon in their own half, and when Knowles added two to complete his hat-trick and Simon Prior one to take his goal tally in the league to 16, the game was over.

February has been a great month for Foulsham after winning a place in the Norfolk Junior Cup final at Carrow Road and winning all their league matches.

They were named Anglian Combination Division Three team of the-month.
